On the rare occasion that there might not be a telephone reading connection, (to be agreed by both parties), we can reschedule another reading for another time, and no extra fees will be incurred. However, should you for any reason not be able to make it for the reading on the day and time it was scheduled for, then we can rearrange the appointment. If however, you want to cancel we will require 24-hour prior notice, or for any reason you are not happy with the reading (to be notified in the first 5 minutes), you will be refunded the total amount already paid upon booking. However, please note should you miss the appointment without any prior notification, then you will not be refunded.
Please note: there is zero tolerance for disrespectful language & behaviour, the reader will then have the right to terminate the call.
