Phone Readings

For placing a booking for a one-to-one consultation with Katrine by Skype telephone reading only (no video) or for any further inquiries please contact us here, you can leave a message with your name and number with your query, and or by booking through the PayPal form below and choose the duration of the reading with your phone number.

Once we have received your name, contact details, and payment then you will be contacted as soon as possible, usually, within 24 hours, during office hours.

Office opening hours are between Monday – Friday 9:30 am – 6:00 pm GMT.

In the meantime please allow 2 to 3 days until your PayPal payment goes through, by which time you will receive a confirmation by email.

Should you have any further queries, please do not hesitate to contact us, we love to hear from you.

Some tips to help you prepare before a reading:
  • Take a few moments to relax and reflect on what issue/s you want to focus on, or write down if you have any specific question/s that you might want to ask. It’s best if you approach the reading with an open mind.
How it works and what to expect from a reading:
  • I will ask for your name and date of birth, then I ask you if you can take a deep breath in order to help align your energy which could help with the connection, then when I tune in as a psychic clairvoyant (I do not use any divination tools), I will relay the information as it comes from spirit guides, through words and images (which could be symbolic).  Overall, I don’t edit or embellish the information. Bear in mind, sometimes the information might not make sense to you at the time, hopefully, it would in time, so it’s a good idea to jot down the information, also together we’ll try to understand the gist of it.
  • A Skype recording upon request can be arranged and then sent to you by email.
  • Do bear in mind also, what is overall known that outcomes are not set in stone, as one has free will to change or alter situations.

On the rare occasion that there might not be a telephone reading connection, (to be agreed by both parties), we can reschedule another reading for another time, and no extra fees will be incurred. However, should you for any reason not be able to make it for the reading on the day and time it was scheduled for and in order for us to arrange for another appointment or if you want to cancel we will require 24-hour prior notice, or for any reason you are not happy with the reading (to be notified in the first 5 minutes), you will be refunded the total amount already paid upon booking. However, please note should you miss the appointment without any prior notification, then you will not be refunded.

Please note: there is zero tolerance for disrespectful language & behaviour, the reader will then have the right to terminate the call.
